I'd suggest https://covid19-projections.com/ https://covid19-projections.com/ which includes projections for asymptomatic and unconfirmed mild cases.
It currently estimates that so far, 6.2% of the US population has cumulatively been infected, and 0.82% are actively infected/infectious today.
But it does vary widely geographically (and likely socioeconomically).
