Even without invoking Jung, it’s easy to observe that the spiritual beliefs and cultural prejudices we have now are of one continuous piece with the notions people had centuries ago. This makes the QAnon promulgators even more sinister, because they are tapping into fables and dark legends in order to further a specific political agenda, and a destructive one at that.
