The Sunshine City building is about 60 stories. The lower floors are mall. I considered renting there around 1988, but the apartments in my price range were shabby. Nearby conventional apartments were much less expensive. It appears to be very successful, but I haven't been there for 18 years. Has anyone else seen it recently?
