- hu3 6y agoResponsibility which is contractually transferable to the advertiser. Even if only against potential financial damages. Which is what matters to the companies anyway.
- jahewson 6y agoDoesn’t work for the web because without the 3rd party domain there’s no access to 3rd party cookies so the tracker can’t identify you that way.
