"tank home prices" - isn't the US supposed to be a free market economy? Price controls only exist in states with planned economies.
- briandear 6y agoThe free market would react to a lack of parking/transportation and fewer buyers will want to buy those houses and thus the prices will tank. Nobody is talking about price controls.
