If people are consistently being doxxed and having their life uprooted by being fired because of angry Twitter mobs I would argue this also constitutes a breach

If people are consistently being doxxed and having their life uprooted by being fired because of angry Twitter mobs I would argue this also constitutes a breach of free speech. I know that legally free speech protects you from the government and not everyone else, but personally I agree that 'free speech' is more than just the legal definition.
