Wait, less drugs, more overdoses... what?
- quickthrowman 6y agoIt’s possible that the limited supply of drugs lowers opiate tolerance enough where the fentanyl causes an overdose. Like when an addict relapses and does the same dose they used to with a much lower tolerance and ends up ODing.
