I especially wonder what qualifies as "justified". The statistics can be only as good as the source data.

- Agenttin 6y agoIt's telling how many "justified" shooting have had video evidence come out afterwards that directly contradict the police report. The question isn't whether the police lie and plant evidence, it's how often do the police lie and plant evidence.
