Against - Child pornography - Bullying - Privacy - Terrorism - Hate speech that leads to violence or murders - Orchestration of riots, esp. by foreign intelligence - Misinformation and foreign interference in democracy - ... - .. The list goes on, please work on solutions and provide practical tools or regulations and lobby for it.
