For me, this website is usually working, with relatively good search http://gen.lib.rus.ec/scimag/ http://gen.lib.rus.ec/scimag/ Though, I often search on scholar and then c/p the title to scihub. Also, http://z-lib.org http://z-lib.org has a good search function, both for books and articles.
