Problem is that the helicopter model they bootlegged isn't certified to fly as it is too old and not following modern regulations.
- m0zg 6y agoSeems like the gap between no helicopter all and a working helicopter is smaller than between a working helicopter and one that's compliant with regulations. It's not like there's an abundance of helicopter manufacturers of any kind in Moldova.
