Having lived in SF for 10 years, it's really easy to use the restroom, there are plenty of public restrooms as well... Not sure where you lived.

- mlex 6y agoThe parent comment is referring to conditions that have changed due to COVID (most businesses close their bathrooms now), not how available bathrooms were historically.
- selectodude 6y agoLast time I was in San Francisco I noticed the entire city was an open bathroom :)
