Not a phone call, but when I emailed him two weeks ago he responded in about a week. He was brief (i.e., "u are amazing, THANK U!") but personally replied, which is nice and unexpected for someone so busy. Phone calls don't scale as easily though. It's fully understandable that it would take him longer to honor the promise he made in his ads.
