There used to be a lot more parity between Vim and Emacs. But nowadays, it's swung a lot further towards Vim. Any ideas why?

There used to be a lot more parity between Vim and Emacs. But nowadays, it's swung a lot further towards Vim. Any ideas why?
- pvg 6y agoI think a significant factor is that Vim is a better managed and maintained project. Emacs's difficulties in this regard are decades-long and songs are sung about them.
