- Proven 6y agoThat's what happens in fascism - businesses are private in name only, and in fact work for or on behalf of the state or party (CCP, in this case). Of course this isn't new as far as China is concerned - we well know both individuals and businesses in mainland China have to obey the Party. It's not much better elsewhere, but China is the worst among major countries.
