And what went so wrong? it doesn't say "it failed" it says their adoption has collapsed. "it has simply not met early (and very ambitious) targets" is just another way of saying their numbers are bad, which is ... all the article is saying. Doesn't seem even remotely close to warranting a flag.

- mellosouls 6y agoFlagging is an overreaction I think. It's unfriendly but in depth, and unfortunately these titles are the way of the world.
