I actually blocked the feeds on my main development machines so that I am not tempted to visit them when I commit to work. I left them available on the phone, but perhaps I should block them too. Outside of HN, most sources of content are just trying to exploit my lack of focus for data gathering and the like. PS: I quit social media years ago and that is a huge positive IMHO.
