Inside chips it's common to have dual port ram. But it's really expensive.
I'm not aware of any designs which have large amounts of dual-port RAM as main system memory.
- MrBuddyCasino 6y agoFair enough, I should have been more precise. I wanted to point out that it is not a hard technical limitation, but should have added that in that specific use case it is economically unfeasible.
