My quick and dirty trick for finding the actual recipe in a long blog post: Ctrl+F "print". Probably 90+% of websites use some tool to format the actual recipe, so the actual recipe pretty consistently includes a link for printing it. Search for the word "print", and it takes you to the part of the page that has the recipe. (You don't actually have to click the link. It's just a landmark for navigation within the page.)
