I scoured through two financial annual reports of MS for 2018 and 2019 but found no emphasis on the growth/profit or loss margins of their retail outlets. Though, I've heard a great deal about them and it seems like they were useful. Fun fact: MS always aimed to open their outlets in serious close proximity to Apple stores.
