Onivim 2 ticks a lot of boxes for me. I daily drive VSCode and I enjoy it, but vim bindings are an absolute must, and the various extensions available always leave a little to be desired, even if they do work pretty well. Something built from the ground up with vim in mind, while still supporting the mature extension ecosystem of VSCode is exciting.
