The screen on the Pixel is 0.5 inch smaller than the 6s plus
- nisten 6y agoNot only that but it's pentile amoled, meaning total subpixel count is only 2/3 of the iphones lcd screen.
- lostmsu 6y agoOLEDs also cost about $100-$150 more than IPS even now.
- JohnTHaller 6y agoCorrect and updated my original post. My point still stands about resolution, though. The 6s has a 4.7" 750p screen, so doesn't exactly compare to the 5" 1080p Pixel screen. But even with that screen size difference, the iPhone wins. Handily.
