For a non-tech person using OSM is hard. openstreetmap.org isn't an end-user site, but aimed at contributors. Other sites however incorporate osm (Facebook, Apple etc.) into their offerings. I'd like if openstreetmap.org would be improved accordingly, but I myself don't do more than pointing at other volunteers.
