This by far the main reason to have people with decades of experience in engineering teams.
- rramadass 6y agoWell said! This is why older engineers should be prized and actively recruited. When i see engineering teams staffed solely with "Young'uns" i know there are hard times ahead. Enthusiasm and Energy needs to be controlled and directed by Experience and Good sense.
