As more and more people WFH, H-1B visa is less necessary.
- addicted 6y agoTrue. Now they can do the same jobs from India, China, Vietnam, etc for way cheaper. Even Canada is an option if they want to be in US time zones but not have to deal with arbitrary and capricious changes in rules.
- dariusj18 6y agoThere are specific jobs, especially contracting with the Federal government, that you need to have staff eligible to work in the US.
