- rantwasp 6y agosure. in the end you’re responsible for the choices you make. it’s just that it’s stupid hard to eat a healthy diet based on what you normally find in your average supermarket. sugar and added sugars are the norm. it’s also shocking - to me - seeing people attempt to minimize the health impact of sugar.
- dredds 6y agoPeople actually travel to Asia for their cheap and delicious food. Rice takes a little more effort, but so does exercise. Recipes are free.
