IMO, the whole thing is unavoidable. A good amount of our technological advancements have been built on find better ways to kill other humans. Also, I'm not sure ethical licenses are going to deter inethical organisations. Are any of the 3 digit agencies really going to stop using some open source library just because there's some sentence somewhere that says they disapprove of killing people?
