When we first opened our office we had a small kitchen interestingly when we turned it on the wifi access in the whole office went down for the duration of the microwave running. Turns out if you have 2.5ghz WiFi it can be interfered with some microwave ovens that maybe have poor insulation... also the signal meter on the computer measures the signal as strong the whole time but packets drop like crazy
