Our company sells SAAS and we are taking our first step into selling services. A lot of our customers came to us to help them address a growing problem they had coordinating operator assisted conference calls (we offer high touch 24x7 support, that industry does not). We had already put a lot of time into designing a solution but COVID cleared our plate to focus entirely on it. We are ready to go and aim to launch our pilot imminently. We’ll see how things go. Still amazes me how easy it is start a business (In our case a completely new business line) in America.
