Even without forging a signature, it would still constitute theft or fraud, no?
- londons_explore 6y agoWith the other persons permission, I wouldn't think it would be theft or fraud.
- blattimwind 6y agoOkay, but in that case you're not breaking the law if you sign in their name -- at least in some countries. So it'd be probably back to "just a ToS violation".
