Thinking on the other side of the fence, I wonder if certain vendors will now refuse to sell to NYPD, as this mandatory disclosure would likely cause issues with the NDA's and End Use conditions of sale..? Im sure some companies wouldn't be to excited on having their tech publicly exposed.
