- lambda_tango 6y agoSince when? They used Pentalobe on just about everything the last decade. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentalobe_security_screw https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentalobe_security_screw Though it's gotten easier to get pentalobe screwdrivers, albeit made of Chinesium.
- wtallis 6y agoApple products often use pentalobe only for the outer casing, and standard torx for all the interior screws.
