For Australians: https://www.tio.com.au/ https://www.tio.com.au/ Don't be afraid to use the TIO. ISPs get away with way too much crap here, and you'll find all your problems (I'm looking at you Telstra) are magically fixed extremely quickly once the TIO are involved.
