- rantwasp 6y agoyeah. people don’t really understand that it’s not the cholesterol in food that necessarily matters - most of the cholesterol that circulates in your blood is actually produced by your liver. also, there are different phenotypes when it comes to cholesterol. For some a LFHC diet does wonders, for others it’s a sure way to have problems down the line if you sustain it for long periods of time.
