- rhexs 6y agoIf your small company needs H1bs to survive, it doesn’t sound like a very sound business in the first place.
- boruto 6y agoIt is not small companies per se, But a mechanical company can never pay equal to FANG.They do require niche engineering skills. What about academics and non-profits?
