From the article, I wonder just who these mindfulness teachers are? I had to spend hundreds of hours of practice and multiple teachers to unlock a few ‘treasures’ of meditation... and that was with teachers who weren’t laying a thick amount of judge mental indoctrination. I absolutely believe the kid’s responses to the program, and I’m afraid this experience will turn them off for life, like so many do with a bad year of math. Nevertheless, I think exposing kids to mindfulness is worthwhile.
