Yes. Mostly they disable cmd-v/ctrl-v, but pasting via the context menu or the ‘Edit’ menu works. In theory it's possible that they're trying to do some other thing by handling keyboard input on password fields, and that interferes with hotkeys—but I can't imagine what that other thing would be.
