So you agree with your parent. > is not covered under the first amendment The 1A doesn't explicitly define its limited uses, but thru jurisprudence, courts have ruled that the 1A only protects American persons within the USA and that it's not an absolute protection, but can be infringed / withdrawn / overridden if it violates the rights of others or the national security interests of the country.
