I was lucky enough to be able to use the Twist app for team communications for some time. I highly recommend it to people willing to go the async way. It feels like a perfect cross between e-mail, forum and slack.
- karussell 6y agoYeah, I really liked the concept, but when we tried it 2 years ago or so it had several bugs regarding never getting a notification although it should and showing me that I have a new message although everything was read. We reported them but nothing changed. And all team members had these problems. Probably they have fixed them now but we unfortunately we switched to slack and now it is very unlikely we switch back due to these serious problems.
