If at all my earlier comment was misunderstood, my intent was not to point or justify Apple's policies by implying that "someone else is doing worse, so it's ok for Apple to do this" on the cuts it takes. It's just that the comparisons seem highly selective and dismissive of counter-arguments (there was one such point about video game consoles that was dismissed too).
