This morning I there was an article in Finnish news that a bank stopped a 50€ bank transfer with the subject "Hasan" (obviosly a first name common Afghanistan). A reason was even given: A match with some unnamed sanction list. Maybe somebody should try to get the word "tax" on a sanction list...
