You can donate 1 pint plasma up to twice a week, they replace it with saline and return the red cells to you. If someone went weekly, say, they would sooner or later have removed all the old plasma by dilution with the new plasma that replaces it - I dont have any data on how many donations it would take to remove 95% of the old plasma.
