Is yogurt the next peanut butter&jelly or craft beer or avocado toast thing?
I've seen a few recipes for making yogurt on my hipster friends facebook feeds recently and now this.
- GloriousKoji 6y agoWhat was the peanut butter & jelly thing? Fermenting in general has been gaining popularity over the past few years and with shelter in place there's been a sudden spike in interest. I've see a lot more content on making sourdough, yogurt, sauerkraut, kefir and kombucha popping up.
