- Cthulhu_ 6y agoThere's a strong correlation between wealth, education, quality of life, and child birth rate. Tl;dr, improve people's lives and birth rate drops. Which may cause its own problems (e.g. in Japan), but there's a lot of countries that aren't there yet.
