I know of Dexamethasone as an anti-emetic for chemotherapy. It doesn't treat cancer but treats one side-effect of chemotherapy. It seems to be so helpful such that it enables some forms of chemotherapy not possible before. It seems weird to use a corticosteroid as an anti-emetic but I have seen with my own eyes that it is helpful.
