Synology and QNap are probably the 2 biggest in this market segment, Synology already has issues and QNAP is bringing ZFS to market in their latest line of NAS devices Synology also has used btrfs in the past which I would suspect may suffer the same kind of issue as ZFS but dont know forsure

My point here was that ZFS will continue being an edge case, as the premades dominate the market and do not provide ZFS. QNAP may offer it on home devices in the future, but may also limit it to premium devices. I am not making a statement about any compatibility here.
