- benwills 6y agoI'd say the biggest difference is that I feel like I'm not held back in terms of focus and energy. This isn't to say I have a ton of energy; I don't. (that's a separate thing) But the energy I have isn't held back by messing with my circadian rhythm. I'd liken it feels going to a more "normal" schedule to...someone who feels fine waking up at 7am every day, shifting to then waking up at 2am every day. It's probably not going to work out too great.
