A more cynical explanation is they're willing to take anyone's money.
- Wowfunhappy 6y agoIf that were the case, they'd have to be also seeing fewer applicants, or opening up more spots for students. (Since I'm not familiar with what GP is referring to, I can't say if that's the case, but they would be much better indicators.)
