I lol'd when I read "you're now a Muncher!" South Park episode of Catman's mom comes to mind. Interesting idea, I'd probably try it if it was available in Miami. Down here, something really popular is the concept of Food by the Pound (Blue Sky comes to mind) or prepared dinner-type places for people too busy to cook for their family. You pay by the week and you can select from a menu what dinner you'll have for each day of the week. This would be a great high-end alternative as those places I mentioned are already crazy cheap (usually Cuban or other Latin foods/cuisines).
