- Proven 6y agoHow to score most points with the socialist audience while investing the least amount of actual development and effort... Are they also going to disallow us to use the word 'master' for user-created branches in public repos? Morons... Eventually people who value liberty wil have to run all IT infra by themselves.
- dr_faustus 6y agoWeird, I always thought of it as a reference to something along the lines of "master record". A master is also part of a master/apprentice relationship which should not be a problem.
